*This young lady presented to our office with a breast asymmetry and concerns about the look of her breasts. She was happy with the volume of her breasts when she wore a bra but thought her breasts appeared “saggy”.. Her surgeon knew exactly what would work for her. A SPAIR mastopexy (breast lift) for her left breast and SPAIR (small) reduction on her right. As an out- patient these procedures were performed with minimal recovery time and a very pretty result. Her post op photos show her at six months after her surgery.
