*This 27 year old woman did not like the look of her breasts because she had lost breast volume and felt they looked “saggy”. She had a bilateral sub-glandular breast augmentation through an inframmary fold incision. Smooth round silicone gel implants with a 350cc volume and moderate profile transformed her deflated pre-operative appearance into pretty, full breasts. She was extremely happy with her result. Her post operative view shows her at one year out from her breast augmentation.
