Before & After Pictures of Patient 348
Procedures Performed: Breast Augmentation, Tissue Expander/Implant Breast Reconstruction

* This petite, young woman showed up with a left breast cancer. It was treated by a skin and nipple sparing mastectomy and tissue expander breast reconstruction. Fluid was gradually added to her tissue expander over a five month period. At that point an out patient surgical procedure involved removal of her tissue expander, insertion of her permanent anatomically shaped gel breast implant and an opposite sided breast augmentation. The implants used were anatomically shaped gel with different profiles and sizes to achieve the best symmetry possible. She is only a couple of months out from her last procedure and looks like she simply had a bilateral breast augmentation.
