*This 41 year old woman presented with a common unhappiness with the size of her breasts. Even in a bra her breasts did not fill out her clothing or match the rest of her body. She decided to look into having a breast augmentation. Her surgical plan included using anatomically shaped gel breast implants, an inframmary fold incision, and a subpectoral pocket. The profile of her implants consisted of a low height and moderate plus profile. After trying a couple of different sizes intra-operatively, a 370cc implant was chosen. This nicely filled out her breasts without giving her an “over stuffed” look. She is a couple of months out from her surgery and very happy with her result.
