* Bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies and tissue expander breast reconstruction incorporating a breast lift was the procedure that this 46 year old woman chose as treatment for her breast cancer. Once the tissue expanders were completely filled (over a period of 3-4 months) the expanders were replaced with the permament implants. In her case smooth round gel implants were chosen. At this same out patient surgery she had liposuction and the fat removed was added to the breast pockets to soften the contours of her reconstructed breasts. Here she is 6 months out from her last surgery.
