*This busy mother of three was unhappy with the changes that occurred in her breasts after pregnancy and nursing. She did her homework and picked a surgeon based on credentials, experience and results. She scheduled a consult to discuss her options. She found that she had enough breast volume, she simply needed excess skin removed and her breast volume re-shaped. She was an ideal candidate for a SPAIR mastopexy (breast lift). The goals of her procedure were simple enough but the technique used was imperative to the best outcome.
