*This 44 year old woman’s biggest concern was her breast ptosis (sagginess) but she would also benefit from a small breast reduction. It is always amazing to both our patients and us how much difference just a lift and small reduction can make in regards to the relief of strain on one’s neck, shoulders and back. Just the redistribution of the breast tissue alone achieves great relief but the reduction in the amount of tissue is the ultimate bonus, no matter how small. In this case only 163 gms were removed from her right breast and 196 gms from her left. These photos show her at 6 months post op.
