*For this young gentleman his gynecomastia had been present for some time. His case wasn’t dramatic but it did bother him enough to seek treatment for this fairly common phenomenon. In his case very little liposuction was needed to remove a small amount of excess fat, the real difference was provided by removing the bud of breast tissue below the nipple and areola. This procedure can be done as an out patient with very little recovery but the results can be very gratifying to someone who is bothered by this excess tissue.
