* First set of photos: Here is a 55 year old woman who had had bilateral mastectomies and breast reconstruction elsewhere many years ago. She presented to us as a check on her breast implants and asking if anything could be done to improve the appearance of her breasts. A good deal of time was spent in examination and developing a surgical plan. She had a significant capsular contracture, saline breast implants and some irregularities in the soft tissue of her breasts left over from her mastectomies. Her surgeon treated the capsular contracture, exchanged her implants to smooth round gel and did some fat grafting to the superior aspect of her breasts. She is shown here 2 months out from here revision procedure. Her nipple and areolas had been reconstructed many years ago but now she is interested in having them tattooed as a final touch to her much improved appearance.

Second set of photos: Here she is after her NAC’s have been tattooed. She is now eight months out from her revisionary surgery.
