*Here is a 40 year old woman who was bothered by a constellation of symptoms related to her large and heavy breasts. For this petite woman the 343 gms on her right breast and 353 from her left was enough to cause the typical symptoms of breasts that are too large for one’s frame. A SPAIR breast reduction was done for her. She noticed a significant reduction in her symptoms and these very early photos show the bginning of a very nice result!
