* This 46 year old woman developed a left breast cancer. She had bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies with tissue expander breast reconstruction. Four months later her tissue expanders were replaced with permanent smooth round gel implants. Fat grafting was also done to the superior aspect of her breasts completing a very nice breast reconstruction.
