*This 48 year old woman wanted a modest breast augmentation. She was very trim at 5’5″ and 119 lbs. Through inframmary fold incisions, 200 cc smooth round gel moderate profile implants were placed in a subglandular plane. the post op views show her at 1 year post op. She is very pleased with her result.
