*This young 21 year old desired to have breasts that were more proportionate to her 5″6″ 130 lb frame. Her surgical plan included using high profile gel breast implants to give her the maximum projection that she wanted. Through an inframmary fold incision, a 450 cc implant was put into the right breast pocket and a 425 cc in her left. This was due to a mild asymmetry that was apparent upon exam. Both implants were placed in the sub-pectoral position. She was very happy with her five month post operative result which shows a nice full, but not overstated, breast.
