*It’s not uncommon for women who have small breasts to tell us that they have a hard time fitting into clothing properly. It was one of the difficulties this 22 year old woman expressed when she presented to our office for a consult regarding breast augmentation. After a thorough discussion with her surgeon (especially in her case regarding the size she wanted to be) she scheduled her breast augmentation.The implants that were used were 255 cc anatomically shaped cohesive gel. They were placed under her pectoral muscle through an inframmary fold incision. Her post-op photo is one year out and she is very happy with her result and is finding it much easier to buy clothes that fit appropriately.
