*This 31 year old mother presented with typical concerns regarding her breasts following her two pregnancies. She didn’t like the loss of volume and the “saggy” appearance. After a detailed consult, her surgeon and she decided to go ahead with a breast augmentation along with a lift. Through a circumvertical incision to lift the breasts, smooth round gel implants were placed in a sub-glandular plane. The implants were 350cc with a Moderate Plus Profile. The procedure restored her breasts to a more youthful appearance and she was very happy with her result!
