*This 46 year old mother of three felt like her breasts were loose, saggy and deflated after breastfeeding three children and losing 30 pounds. She wanted to restore her youthful breast volume and lift her droopy skin and nipples. She underwent a simultaneous breast augmentation and lift. Implants were placed in the subglandular plane (above the muscle) using 325 cc silicone implants. Photographs show her results 8 months following surgery.
