Loss of breast volume after three pregnancies and breast feeding led this 36 year old woman to our office to discuss a breast augmentation. She had two goals, to look proportionate to her 5′ 7″ frame and to have a full, how be it natural appearing bust line. The discussion with her surgeon covered details such as implant placement, incision placement, and type and size of implants available.  Her specific breast anatomy triggered a frank discussion. The overall shape of her breasts and nipple position were not identical and these differences would be exaggerated following a breast augmentation. However, a breast augmentation would by default raise her nipple and areola and return the volume that was lost over time. Her six week post op appearance reveals the result of careful, detailed planning and a very happy client!
