*This 45-year-old woman came to our office having had breast reduction followed by weight loss. She needed some volume added back to her breasts. She basically needed a breast augmentation. The 395 cc implants chosen for her were anatomically shaped gel with a tall height and mid projection. The breast pocket was accessed through the previous inframmary fold incision and they were placed in the sub-glandular plane. She was very pleased with her post operative result.
