*For a small framed person, this 28 year old woman had very heavy breast tissue. Her bra size was a 34DDD. Her heavy breasts made her work both outside of her home and as a young mother even harder. She came to our office requesting a breast reduction. The SPAIR technique was perfect for her. As an out-patient, 487 gms of tissue was removed from her right breast and 502 gms from her left. She is now 1 year out from her surgery, has an outstanding result and is much more comfortable than she was before her surgery!
