*This is a 50 year old woman who wore a size 42DDD bra. She had a constant rash under her breasts and back, shoulder and neck pain from the weight of her large breasts. She had a bilateral breast reduction using the SPAIR technique removing 755 gms from her left breast and 540 gms from her right. She is shown here at one year after her surgery. She has healed everything beautifully and is very happy with her over-all result.
