* This 71 year old woman had bilateral mastectomies for breast cancer. She had tissue expander breast reconstruction immediately following her mastectomies. The incision pattern used incorporated a breast lift while using the deep layer of excess skin to provide coverage for the tissue expanders. She also had immediate nipple and areola reconstruction at the time of her mastectomies. Four months later her tissue expanders were removed and permanent smooth round gel breast implants were inserted. This out patient procedure completed her very natural looking breast reconstruction. These post-op photos show her one week after her out patient procedure.
