*This 48 year old mother of four had been unhappy with the size and weight of her large breasts for years, particularly after breastfeeding four children. Her 38DD breasts were causing significant neck and back pain. During her breast reduction surgery, 630 grams of breast tissue were removed from the right breast and 640 grams from the left breast. Follow-up photos show results one year after her breast reduction.
