* This young woman had bilateral mastectomies as part of her treatment for breast cancer. She had immediate breast reconstruction with tissue expanders. Over the following few months fluid was added to the tissue expanders to stretch the skin and soft tissue making adequate room for the final breast implants. Her second stage procedure was done five months after her initial stage. The tissue expanders were replaced with anatomically shaped gel breast implants with a medium height, high profile and 495 cc volume. Nipple and areola reconstruction was also completed at this time. Tattooing of the reconstructed nipple and areolas completed her bilateral breast reconstruction.
