* This 51 year old woman had bilateral subcutaneous mastectomies with immediate latissimus dorsi & tissue expander breast reconstruction. Her mastectomies were done using a breast lift skin excision pattern. Nine months later her second stage reconstruction was completed. The tissue expanders were replaced with 300cc smooth round gel breast implants and touch up procedures were done to the reconstructed breasts and scars. She is very happy with her final result.
