*This 52 year old woman was tired of the back and shoulder pain associated with her large, heavy breasts. She was wearing a 36E bra before surgery and wanted a more proportionate breast size. In order to make her breasts symmetric during the SPAIR breast reduction and lift, 972 (approximately 2 pounds) grams were removed from the right breast and 687 (approximately 1.5 pounds) grams from the left. Photos show her results 1 year following her SPAIR breast reduction.
