* This 43 year old woman had a left mastectomy for her breast cancer. She was a great candidate for a left sided Tram flap breast reconstruction completely reconstructing her breast with her own tummy tissue. Her opposite breast was a little large so a SPAIR breast reduction was done on her right breast. Her second stage procedure was done seven months later and included final shaping of her left reconstructed breast, nipple & areola complex reconstruction and a revision of her tummy scars. Tattooing of her left reconstructed nipple & areola completed her very pretty breast reconstruction. Because of the method used for her reconstruction she came away with a tummy tuck as well!
