*This 37 year old mother had excess skin and fat in her abdomen after numerous pregnancies. Her surgical plan included a tummy tuck with plication of her abdominal wall to tighten up the laxity she presented with and liposuction to the abdomen.. She also had liposuction to her posterior hips. She was very pleased with her post operative appearance.
