This 55 year old woman had lost an amazing 115 lbs! She came to our office requesting a consult to discuss the removal of the excess skin and restoration of her abdominal wall. This was achieved by doing an extended abdominoplasty. Her incision needed to be carried aound to her lateral abdominal wall to ensure a complete removal of the excess skin. This early 6 week result is only the beginning of what will be a wonderful change and reward for her hard work.
