This 55-year-old woman came to us wanting a breast reduction and a tummy tuck. Both procedures were done at the same time as an out patient! The SPAIR technique was used for her breast reduction, removing approximately 320 gms from each breast. A full tummy tuck removed excess skin from her abdomen, along with tightening up her abdominal wall. We topped off her new look by removing fat from her abdomen and posterior hips with liposuction in Grand Rapids. She was very pleased with her post-operative look.
