Here is a 39 year old woman with a mild chest wall deformity and breast asymmetry. She only wanted the assymetry treated and an implant was not going to work in her case. Her experienced surgeon offered her the option of fat grafting to her right breast. For her it was the perfect technique. The 450cc of fat from another area of her body allowed him to fill in the defect exactly where it was needed rather than being limited by the confines of a breast implant. As well her "fix" is all her own tissue which is always a bonus. Needless to say she is very happy with her result! Her result is now 6 months after her procedure and looks very natural.
