This 23 year old woman was concerned about her breasts being "saggy". She had enough volume, she just needed to have some skin removed and her remaining breast tissue reshaped. Using a SPAIR breast lift pattern her goals were met resulting in a lovely breast shape and size for her body frame. She was very pleased with her result.
